The G.A.A.

The G.A.A. is part of an overall trust, that stands alone individually and trade independently of each other, with no group identity and is registered offshore.

 

The G.A.A. has a substantial portfolio based in the UK and is managed by an investment company within the UK.

 

The G.A.A. has assembled and developed properties over the last 35 years and was partly generated from the amalgamation of a number of companies that have been trading since the early eighties.

 

The entity's operate separately and focus primarily on residential, student accommodation, serviced apartments, commercial space, retail space, industrial space, hotels, construction and the leisure market.

 

The group of entity's has assembled and developed properties totalling over 4 million sq. ft. of commercial space, 1 million sq. ft. of retail space, 1 million sq. ft. of industrial space and a large residential portfolio.

 

The group of entity's also has 4 million sq. ft. of mixed use development consisting of new build in the south of England and in the north of the UK. The entity's are also involved in joint ventures with a student accommodation company,a hotel company and a large building company.

The entity's focus is on new acquisition opportunities through land/property purchase and joint ventures.

 

Its financial strength and breadth of professional expertise means the entity is able to work quickly and effectively to secure and exploit investment opportunities and development opportunities.

 

It has always been the intention of management to buy properties/companies with a view to maximising a return by way of income or alternatively developing existing buildings together with green field sites on a joint venture basis.

 

It is the intention of management to retain properties or alternatively to dispose of assets where value is maximised. It is also the intention for further acquisitions to be made where extra value can be achieved.

 

It is the entity's aim to maintain low gearing, low overhead costs, value for money on acquisitions, to maximise planning at all times, invest in the most economical way in developing sites together with the knowledge of all total costs.
