THE MISSION

 

The mission of The Trust, is to invest in property development companies, building companies, property investment companies, joint ventures, the hospitality sector, together with all related company acquisitions in the property sector.

 

The mission statement at The G.A.A is to invest in companies, where value can be added to its present activities. The G.A.A's key requirement for such investment, is for key management skills to be available within the company in managing its present activities and expanding its core business.

 

Company investment by The G.A.A is to ensure that good management is in place in order to allow the company's consolidation and allow further expansion to take place.

 

The G.A.A. ideally focus on companies, that have high level of gearing, or companies where added value can be made by The G.A.A.

 

In companies where a high level of gearing is present, it is The G.A.A's mission is to underpin the company's balance sheet and reduce their loan to value to a comfortable level and eventually reduce its gearing to 20% and at the same time having adequate cash available to dispose of all liabilities,  if so required.

 

The mission for The G.A.A  in  joint ventures with other parties, is to have access to opportunities in the hotel, office, residential, student,and retail sector with a view of having such opportunities being made available to its sister companies in The G.A.A structure.

 

Due to fact that The G.A.A. is involved in property development, property investment and construction, together with being involved in the hospitality sector, the combination of activities, leaves all of The G.A.A's business complimentary to each other. 

 

The scope in each business allows stronger financial resources, together with the combined ability to deliver ongoing work for construction, competitive building costs for the hotel business, competitive rates for all the other parts of The G.A.A's hospitality sector, together with being in a position to avail of further development sites and other opportunities.
